Edward L Holmes is an author, educator, motivator and poet with an evangelist's tongue and a heart for hurting people. Native to the mid-west, he grew up in the St. Louis Metro East where he stifled a passion for writing until 2018, publishing his debut book: "Fingerprints of Love & War" and eventually a full-length poetry collection "Bravery & Brevity."

With Acclivity Publishing, he is also the editor of The Our Hope Remains Anthology series, with contributing poets worldwide.

In 2023, he began the Life Lines: Positive Poetry Podcast featuring new poetry weekly as well as new poets and book reviews.

Today he is passionate about producing consistent, quality non-fiction that motivates, uplifts and educates. With an addicted and broken

life-altered by his faith on the forefront, Edward believes in practical theology and instilling hope into every open mic and heart.

"The authenticity and potency of the Gospel message can never be diluted by shame, no matter how loud it has become in your life. We are designed, we are loved, we are wanted.

End of story."

Edward with his wife, Megan have partnered with multiple ministries over the late 2010's, expanding their own ministry Project "Unmuted." It serves as a platform to poets, painters, rappers and various other art forms to convey a real, raw and honest message of living life above self-destruction and addiction.

"i want to challenge the stigmas of modern, western Christianity that cause the hurting to tighten the masks of 'perfection' we're all so apt to wear."
